These terms and conditions apply to the BrowsePad app (hereby referred to as "Application") for Android TV and related Android devices. The Application is provided by Deepak PK (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an individual service provider.

Upon downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the Application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law, is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time. If the Application or any feature becomes paid in the future, the Service Provider will clearly communicate applicable charges before they apply.

BrowsePad is a web browser. It may store browsing-related data locally on your device to provide features such as tabs, bookmarks, history, downloads, cookies, cache, settings, session restore, and local-network remote-control features. The Application does not provide a Service Provider account system or a Service Provider backend database for browsing history, bookmarks, downloads, or BrowsePad Connect sessions. It may also use third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and store billing libraries. Your use of websites, search engines, streaming providers, file hosts, payment providers, app stores, and other third-party services accessed through the Application is governed by those third parties' own terms and policies.

BrowsePad includes a local-network companion feature called BrowsePad Connect. If you choose to use it, you are responsible for deciding which devices on your local network are allowed to connect to your TV browser. Remote-control, pointer, scrolling, zoom, and text-input actions sent from a connected device may affect active webpages, text fields, downloads, and other browser actions on the TV device. BrowsePad Connect is intended to work over local Wi-Fi only and does not require internet relay through the Service Provider.

If the Application offers subscriptions, purchases, or entitlement checks through Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Huawei AppGallery, or another store provider, those transactions and related billing relationships are handled by the applicable store or payment provider under their own terms, policies, and account rules. Subscription verification and offline entitlement caching may occur on-device through the relevant store provider without a Service Provider backend.

You are responsible for managing data stored locally by the Application on your device, including browsing history, bookmarks, cached web data, session data, settings, and downloaded files. The Service Provider cannot delete local-only data from your device or data controlled by third-party websites, app stores, billing providers, or SDK providers.

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against rooting or otherwise weakening your device security, as that may expose your device to malware, reduce platform protections, and interfere with the correct operation of the Application.

Please be aware that some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi, ethernet, or a mobile or fixed network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly because connectivity is unavailable, unstable, restricted, interrupted, or blocked by network, router, firewall, or device conditions.

If you use the Application on a network or in a territory where data usage, subscription, roaming, purchase, download, or other carrier or platform charges apply, you are responsible for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device or connection used with the Application, you represent that you have permission from the bill payer to use the Application.

The Service Provider works to keep the Application useful, secure, and compatible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, website, service, operating system version, store environment, or local-network setup. Features and compatibility may change over time.

Downloaded files, third-party content, websites, payment flows, and services accessed through the Application are outside the Service Provider's control. You are responsible for evaluating whether websites, files, and third-party services are appropriate, lawful, and safe for your use.

BrowsePad is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. Because it is a general web browser that can access third-party internet content, parents and guardians should supervise use by children. The Application does not provide a dedicated child-safe browsing environment or age-verification flow.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Service Provider may release updates to the Application. You may need to install updates to continue using some or all features. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application at any time. Unless the Service Provider tells you otherwise, if the Application is discontinued, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end and you must stop using the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
